This is not your usual high street or online store. Nothing here is mass produced or available anywhere else.

Myself and a small team of passionate individuals create and finish every piece of jewellery right here in the workshop.

The majority of my work is commission made wedding and engagement rings. But any kind of jewellery is a possibility.

I am proud to offer a unique experience as well as unique jewellery... One where the customer is completely involved in the design process.

On the banks of its picturesque riverside at the heart of the historic city of Durham - Ashcroft Jewellery Design is home to Andrew Ashcroft FIPG, Goldsmith and Jewellery Designer. He has a reputation in the industry as an eminently capable and pioneering Goldsmith.

Andrew specialises in creating bespoke wedding and engagement rings along with a wide variety of other jewellery.

Bespoke Handmade Jewellery

Each piece is handmade by Andrew using a combination of traditional skills and modern technology. Over the last 20+ years Andrew has explored many styles of jewellery making and has incorporated a great breadth of techniques and disciplines into his work. Taking inspiration from nature he has become known for creating exquisitely detailed botanical designs using precious metals, diamonds and coloured gemstones. Below are a few examples to demonstrate his unique output.
